Game Roundup – September

It’s been really cool to see the creativity displayed on Gamefroot, with so many people creating awesome games! We are so glad that the Gamefroot Game Creator has become an outlet for all this creative energy, and has enabled so many people to tell stories and share them with their friends in such a quick and easy way.

Here are some shining examples of Gamefroot talent:

Alien Crashlanding

By gamez7

You are an alien explorer that needs to find parts for his ship so he can escape! This game has thoroughly well thought out level design, imaginative use of the Character Creator, and brilliant use of story points to guide the player through the game.

Super Maori Bro

By BIGKING

You’ve heard of Super Mario Bro’s, but have you heard of Super Maori Bro? It’s pretty choice, aye bro! Heaps of nasty obstacles and tricky jumps to get past in this fun little Kiwi game. It’s O for Awesome!

WWII with Greg McKirkson

By Yickpoo

A fun game that Yickpoo made for Greg’s birthday – how nice! You play as Greg in an epic battle against the Nazis. As you get further into the game, your weapons become stronger and the enemies grow in number. There’s even a virtual present in there. I hope Greg liked it, ’cause I sure did!

Colin and Nefareo Series

By Drago1000

Drago1000 is one of Gamefroot’s most prolific and creative game designers. He has made a whole series of awesome games, jam-packed with fun stories and entertaining characters. “Colin and Nefareo” is Drago1000’s biggest adventure game yet, with 9 levels so far!

Meegan Level 4

By meegan

Meegan has made this a-maze-ing puzzle game. There are heaps of mummies to kill, and you have to be careful which path you take since it’s really easy to get lost! Helpful hint: Paths which don’t have hearts along them are the paths you have already been through!

Bowserflame’s Quest

By bowserflame

This is Bowserflame’s latest epic series, with 15 levels (and it looks like there are more to come!) Bowserflame is definitely one of the best game creators on Gamefroot, and this game is filled with hilarious dialogue, secret areas, tricky puzzles, excellent characters, and a great story. And crystals! Crystals everywhere!

It’s so much fun playing the games that you guys make – Keep up the good work!

If you have any suggestions for games that you think should be in the next game roundup, feel free to leave a comment below or on Twitter or Facebook. Thanks!
